Hello potential nanny families! I'm Tessa, a dedicated and experienced nanny with a deep passion for providing exceptional care to children. After a successful career in event planning, I chose to pursue nannying full time, driven by my belief that my true passions lie in working with kids and I missed the joy of being around them every day.

Originally from NYC, I moved back to the city after high school, and as the oldest child in my family, I took on responsibilities at a young age, including making lunches, cooking dinner, and helping with homework for my younger sisters. These experiences shaped me into a loving, responsible, and hardworking individual.

With a lifelong commitment to childcare, I thrive on being organized, creative, and punctual. I continuously educate myself on childcare philosophy and psychology, always seeking personal growth as a nanny. From newborns to 10-year-olds, I have cared for children and strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel heard and valued.

Previously, I planned to continue my career with my previous nanny family, but due to COVID, they relocated to NJ. In that role, I cared for four children and their beloved family dog, fostering strong bonds. I approach nannying as joining a family, building long-term relationships and becoming part of children's growth and lives.

During my free time, I enjoy long walks around the city, reading, listening to albums in their entirety and cooking, and I incorporate these passions into activities I share with the children I nanny. Witnessing children's growth and helping them become smart, kind-hearted individuals has been the greatest honor of my life.
