About me

I grew up in Southern California and have called NYC home for 13 years. I work professionally in theatre and spend my time between shows teaching and nannying. I'm a voracious reader, fanatical animal lover and a foster mama for many a wonderful kitten and cat through Little Wanderers Rescue. I am a constant world traveler. After touring with musicals both internationally and domestically, I found myself bitten by the travel bug and have traveled internationally every year for the past 7 years.

I have 17 nieces and nephews so I've spent a significant portion of my life caring for children. My first job nannying was during summers in high school, caring for my two nephews while their parents worked. That time taught me immense responsibility and imbued me with a passion for education and child development. Since then I have worked with children in many capacities from nanny to tutor to dance teacher to certified New York Department of Education verified, TESOL certified English teacher.

I love to bring music, art, play, and creativity to my time with children to foster another generation of future arts lovers as well as build invaluable soft skills and confidence. I have nannied for twin 9 year old boys in the city as well as many date nights for kids ranging in age from infant to teenager. I'm comfortable tutoring, shuttling to lessons and play dates, meal preparation and more.
