About me

I grew up in Nashville, Tennessee where I discovered my passion for performing at a young age. I was highly involved in voice lessons, dance lessons, and musicals and never looked back once the theatre bug hit me. Senior year of high school, I auditioned for many college theatre programs and decided to attend Western Carolina University in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina where I received my BFA in Musical Theatre and Minor in Dance in 2018. Since graduating, I have been working from theme parks to regional theatres, and made a permanent move to NYC to pursue my acting career.

In addition to performing, I love to babysit and have been doing so for 10+ years. I have nannied for kids ages 2 months to 13 years. Most of my duties included cooking, transporting to after school activities or camp, and coming up with creative activities! I love to incorporate my love of acting, singing, and dancing into the time I spend with kids and I believe that introducing the arts to children is super important! I have headed up and taught at a theatre camp for children called Young Actor's Year. Here I choreographed dances and taught songs to children from grades K-8 for a final showcase at the week's end for parents.

I love theatre of course, so I try to bring that into each day I babysit, whether it be creating a dance or acting out a scene with lego toys. I also love to cook and bake and love to do this with the kids! Working with children is so fulfilling and as is having an impact on a child's life. Not only do they learn from me, but I learn from them!
