About me

Hello families, my name is Gwendolen Ortiz and I am a very loving and caring person with a passion for childcare. I am a proud mother of 3 grown children, 2 boys and 1 girl. I am also a newly grandmother. My children are the best parts of my life, and we are a very close-knit family who enjoys spending any moment we can outdoors.

I have always loved children and started babysitting at age 12 - being the oldest I have always been the caregiver and I feel that I would be an excellent caregiver for another family! Outside of my own children, I have worked for families with children of all ages, starting from months old to twelve years old. I have experience with children of special needs and have worked with families with multiple children.

Along with childcare duties, I also have experience with household duties and this would include cooking, cleaning, and laundry. As a nanny, I love to plan fun and engaging activities for children to do throughout the day. Whether it is a hot or rainy day you can always know that your children will be having fun in a safe and loving environment.
