About me
Speaking as one of the most energetic and tenacious people you might ever meet, I'm over the moon to have to opportunity to tell you more about myself! I'm originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee and had the most beautiful nature always surrounding me with my house surrounded by the river and city lights on one side and the mountains on the other side. From the early age of 6 I performed in my first musical production and fell in love with the way theater impacts our community. I'm so grateful to live out my passion every day, where I devote my time and career to theater outreach and it's impact on our global community. My passion began to engulf my life so much that like every other dramatic theater artist out there, I went to school and received a liberal arts education and degree in theater. While in school I took a minor of human rights and realized that theater and human rights go hand in hand. I came to the conclusion that if we allow ourselves to love unconditionally, pour into other people, and commit to a spirit of play we could really change the world. This new development started my path down children's education and development through theater education. While in college I got the opportunity to tour with the Missoula Children's Theater for two consecutive tours focusing on supporting communities where children did not get to experience the arts. These communities were starving for an outreach and we were there to provide it by, teaching workshops, makeup classes, producing shows, teaching intensives, and more often than not serving as the mentor for some many of the children in our program. After those tours I moved on to Atlanta's prime equity theater, The Alliance, where I booked my first professional theater for the very young tour. During this two character show we developed the script, and created an immersive experience for our audience members to hop on stage with us to help creatively solve the prompted problems. While I found a wonderful home at the Alliance and moved on the full day teaching for ages 3 - 10, I was in Atlanta as a freelance baby sitter before booking that gig. I was a part of several online networks.

Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children...
I'm a trained singer, dancer, and actor. I have the ability to teach classes like improv and theatrical makeup! My favorite is bring in out a blank makeup plot for a character the children create, and figure out an innovative way to turn ourselves into that character!
