About me

I was born in a charming little town as the youngest of my family. I have two older brothers who included me in all the fun. They taught me how to drive motorcycles, self-defense, how to do flips from the diving board and how to climb to the highest point of the tree, and so much more… was all the fun we’ve had together always safe though? Definitely not. But they taught me so many useful skills that stayed with me my whole life and helped me go through hard times and challenges.

Being with kids and teaching them was always on my radar. After high school I lived and worked in France as a “jeune fille au pair” and took care of an 8-year-old boy. I tutored children of all ages, from 7 to 16 years old, throughout and after my college years. My professional nanny career started 15 years ago when I started to babysit part time for my friend’s 4-year-old twins. Since then, I took care of infants, toddlers and PRE-K/K aged children. In all of my Full Time Nanny jobs I prepared formulas and bottle-fed infant in accordance with parental direction, organized and supervised playdates, took children on regular outings, local trips (zoo, museums, etc…) and different classes (music, art, tennis, swimming, etc…). I transported them to and from school, and appointments. I provided potty training to toddlers and changed diapers of infant, cleaned the children’s room, toys and laundry. I promoted language development skills through reading and storytelling, singing, I prepared nutritious and healthy meals and snacks.

And all the good memories of my childhood relate to my work. Being a nanny not only allows me to travel back in time with the children who I care for but it also gives me a chance to teach children how to become a brave, happy, open minded and well-grounded person.
