About me

Hello! My name is Emily and I am excited to meet you and your family. I have been living in NYC for 5 years and babysitting for 15+. My love of working with children began in high school when I was a camp counselor at an arts camp. I learned that I am a strong leader who loves helping children learn and grow.

As a performance artist, I am quick on my feet always to have fun ways to keep children engaged and entertained. During my time working as a professional actor, I have been a camp counselor for singing camps and musical theatre camps. When I moved to New York City I had many friends working for New York Kids Club and I got picked to be apart of the team. I began my time there on the special events team working birthdays and pajama parties. As of January I have moved up in the company to teach classes in STEM, Art, Gym, Music, Dance, Theatre, etc.

I am so lucky to get to work with amazing kids every day. While living in the city I have worked as a babysitter with multiple families and feel very comfortable taking children all around Manhattan. The reason I feel I am successful in my childcare career is that I am a huge empath. I always try to understand where people are coming from and can adapt to any situation handed my way. I have always had to work hard for the opportunities I have gotten and treat every job with the utmost importance. I hope to bring music, fun, and quality care to your family. Thank you!
