About me

My love for teaching and children has been apparent my entire life! I come from a big and loving family who have provided me with nothing but love, respect and encouragement. My personality is positive, outgoing and hardworking. I am a patient and diligent sitter who is always up for a challenge! I love to read and learn so I am constantly pursuing professional development pertaining to children and education. It is crucial to stay up to date and relevant with the many challenges that occur in those fields. It makes us better teachers and role models.

My experience as an early childhood teacher has made me a great at multi-tasking. It has also promoted my creative side and made me more adaptable and flexible to new situations. I am familiar with allergies, behaviors and the art of potty training. I speak fluent Spanish and feel very confident when working with English language learners. Communication is possibly the most important aspect of a healthy and happy relationship. I work hard to create trust in those I work with and know. Learning through play is my priority! I love to include hands on activities when I am teaching and babysitting. My love for life is evident in all that I do! It is important to be honest, respectful and positive, attitudes are contagious.
