About me

I constantly reflect on how grateful I am to have been involved with such wonderful families throughout my positions as a babysitter, nanny, teacher, and camp counselor. One of my main missions in life is to be a role model to the next generation and working in childcare has truly made that possible! From working with kids as young as 8 months old to young adults getting ready to go off to college, I feel that working with such a variety of ages has given me the ability to adapt easily to different situations.

When working with children, I aim to create a fun, safe, and structured environment. Being that I come from a musical theatre background, I love engaging the kids in creative activities such as pretend play, signing, dancing, outdoor activities, and arts and crafts. On the flip side, teaching and leadership positions in a classroom environment, have highlighted the importance of structure and a scheduled routine. Having a solid foundation in education is highly important for a child! I do my part by engaging children in educational activities such as reading and assisting them regularly with homework.

It is an amazing experience to connect with a new family and work as a team with the parents! I am a hardworking, reliable, and positive person who puts 110% into everything I do! I am eager to creating start creating new memories with families here in New York!
