About me

My name is Elesha and I absolutely love taking care of children! I enjoy the great outdoors and the relationships I have with my family and friends are extremely important to me. I am a loving, caring and free spirited person, yet can be firm at times when required. The foundation from which I build upon is one that is offering a safe, caring, and loving environment. I enjoy being able to empower children to be confident while still being respectful and honoring to those around them. One of the things I love about working with children is their never-ending imagination and being able to help foster that! I have worked with a few different families throughout the years with children ranging in ages from one to ten. I always make sure the child is having fun in what they do while also making sure they are learning many new things along the way! I love working with children because everything is new and exciting to them and being able to keep that excitement for learning new things alive is a pleasure to me.

My fiancé and I relocated from Upstate New York to New York City due to his job. After working for many years with children I know that this is more than just a job to me, it's a calling. Being invited into the life and the home of a family where I am able to help care for their children is incredibly meaningful and a responsibility I take very seriously! Being given the opportunity to help shape the early life of a child, supporting whatever mission their soul has chosen for this lifetime is an absolute gift and an honor.
