About me

When I first started my career in childcare, I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy it. After being in this field for 10+ years, I can confidently say that this avenue has been an absolute joy to be apart of. It’s been an honor to be welcomed and implemented into the lives and hearts of so many different families and kids alike. I have worked with children in all stages of development and learning, from as young as infancy to young adulthood.

As an educator, I have developed curriculum and advanced strategy tactics for premiere theatre and performing arts entities across the nation. During the pandemic, I worked as a tutor for a family of four while they were partaking in Zoom studies.

Since I am a creative (Writer/producer), I tend to think outside of the box and believe life should be experienced rather than hidden behind a screen. I am a person who craves adventure and exploring moments outside of everyday life. I have a very detail-oriented mind which helps with planning, organizing, and keeping things on track. As a person who has the ability to cook, I am very much able to meet the dietary needs of children and consider allergies as well. I’ve also had asthma my entire life, and I understand the medical needs and instructions for kids as well.

When working with children, I create a safe, structured environment while allowing so much room for creativity and discovery. I have always believed that children learn the most from living experiences and playing. I have spent most of my life volunteering for underprivileged youth and bringing the arts to them. I believe that the more opportunities and avenues we give to our young people, the more likely they are to succeed and flourish into the person they are supposed to be.
