About me

Hi! My name is Todd, and I am the oldest of a family of 5. Growing up in a big family I always loved helping out by babysitting my younger brothers, sisters, and baby cousins. With the responsibility of being the oldest I know how important it is to be a good role model. At 18, I moved into Manhattan to attend CAP 21's Musical Theatre Program at NYU. Since graduating I have performed in countless children’s theatre production’s such as Pinkalicious, Fancy Nancy, Angelina Ballerina, and Flight School. I just returned from spending about a year playing Romeo in PJ MASKS Live, based on the Disney Jr. television series. It was absolutely amazing. I traveled all over North America and Australia.

Since graduating I have developed a passion for inspiring and teaching children. Growing up in acting classes my teachers shaped who I am, and my goals is to inspire in the same way. The past few years I was a teaching artist at Vital Theatre Company. I helped create a curriculum and ran summer and holiday camps for children ages 3-16. I would teach singing, dance, and acting. It gave me great experience working with children of all different age ranges and personalities. I believe my positive and encouraging attitude makes my students and the children I look after feel very comfortable. I am definitely not afraid to be silly and have fun! My ultimate dream is to one day own theatre program for children in Manhattan.

I have had professional babysitting experience watching children ages 3-16. My first full time babysitting job was 5 years ago. He was non verbal and I learned so much from that experience. Moving forward I have actually babysat allot of children with special needs and it is something that has taught me to have great patience. Teaching has given me the ability to know how to keep respect while also having fun. I am very happy and energetic and like to keep a positive attitude.

It will be a priority to develop relationships with other parents and babysitters to ensure awesome playdates, that I would be happy to oversee! I hope to meet you soon! Thanks for taking the time to read about me!

In 5 years I hope to be starting my own children's theatre program here in NYC and starting a family of my own.

Activities & skills I love to teach & share with children...

I thrive when working with children with big imaginations. I can play make believe all day and will sing and dance around the living room singing Frozen or Moana like nobody's watching. I love going to museums and introducing children to all types of art and taking advantage of all of the amazing things that New York City has to offer!
