About me

My name is Sonja and I am a sitter who is originally from a fishing village. I love kids and really enjoy splitting my time between my life as a professional actress and babysitting for the wonderful children I look after!

As the daughter of two parents who are teachers, I grew up with an insatiable love of learning and a curiosity about the world around me, which I definitely feel that I impart onto the children that I work with. I am a lively and positive sitter and would be described by past employers as extremely responsible, caring and nurturing. I am also hardworking, diligent and love to laugh! I also strive to keep kids occupied with physical activities when possible and a day in the park is probably one of my favorite places to be on a warm day!

I am a strong believer in clear communication and am a natural problem solver. Every child is obviously wildly individual and I try to make my time with every child memorable, fun and educational. I always take it as a wonderful sign when I am requested again and again by the kids that I look after. I really hope to meet you and your family and look forward to a rewarding time learning about and caring for your children. I believe that babysitting is a privilege and I feel fortunate to care for the wonderful kids I babysit for.
