About me

Coming from a large family myself, I understand the importance of raising children and how hard it can be. Children are impressionable, absorbing every sight, every sound and every reaction that surrounds their daily life. For this reason the most important thing is to create a loving, supportive and safe environment for children to feel comfortable. Which is why finding a perfect fit for your family is so important.

I went to school for my BFA in painting and drawing. I started teaching art for ages 6-12 every summer for over 7 years. I fell in love with helping kids push their imagination to create beautiful pieces of art and capturing raw emotion. I love the hilarious, unfiltered thoughts of children. I have a lot of patience and understanding with kids, helping to truly listen to where they are coming from and pointing them in the right direction. I create a relaxed and fun environment while still keeping control and knowing when to say no.

My passion is traveling and art. I enjoy experiencing different cultures and ways of living. I have visited and lived in a variety of different countries from China, Norway, Spain, Central America, and Greece (where I worked as an Aupair). These different experiences carry on with me through life and my art. I am passionate, patient, loving and know how to have fun. That is why I love caring for children! I love to play games, read and make art with them. Introducing different ideas to help them grow as much as possible.
