About me

Hi there! My name is Chelsey and I am back in NYC after working overseas the last year and a half! I grew up in Westchester County (so just an hour north of the city) and just finally made the move this month to pursue my Broadway dreams! I graduated from Wagner College with a B.A. in Theatre Performance and have been working consistently in theatre for the past 5 years since then! I've been singing/dancing/acting/playing dress up since I was about 5 years old so I am a ton of fun! I I spent an entire year (Sept. 2015-2016) on the National/International Tour of the Broadway show Annie, which was awesome! We traveled to over 72 cities, including Asia and I had the time of my life! And I most recently finished working aboard Disney Cruise Line as Elsa in Frozen but am now back in NY looking for some work!

I am the oldest of 26 grandchildren, so growing up with younger cousins helped me become the great babysitter that I am today, and it was awesome to watch my cousins grow up right before my eyes. I have nannied for over 7 families in the Tri-state area since about 2004, so I come with about 12 years of experience! Anything from type 2 diabetes, to Down's syndrome to CPR I have covered with kids ages 12 months to 16 years old. I have a younger brother who is 8 years younger than me and now a freshman in college so getting to grow up and help raise him as a mothers helper was also very fun! I am great with homework help, driving, laundry, basic kitchen skills and always up for an adventure. I am a very outgoing, fun and caring person who loves anything from musicals to football and I hope to find a great family to become a part of!
